I have always wondered about who manipulates and shapes the technical chart.
It is very sophisticated and close attention is paid to perfectly completing and building the chart.
The open and close today is a good example of laying down exactly what the controllers want.
Chart should now be complete for the downside and the upside will now get underway.
A steady move back up to 12 cents should follow in next couple of days.
