Very interesting week of trading! We saw high volume & decent percentage gain in share price on Tuesday to see the company go into a pause/trading halt for a price enquiry & a results release announcement. Speculation would suggest(due to results actually released) this was insider trading or educated buying with the knowledge of what potential the results may mean to the company later on once the market realises what the company has at hand.
On Thursday we saw the company come out of a trading halt to release results that indicated lithium was present as well as other rare earth minerals. Only to see the company go down in price from around the 18c to 12c mark. High volume was once again observed of around 20M shares sold & soaked up. I would suggest this was trader action with a few stop losses hit in the mix to still sell while in the green for quick money & not a true market reflection on results received.
