BIGGER parcels ( relatively speaking ) are stepping up and into the BUY side as we speak and type. This is what will happen until the BUY side overwhelms the sell side in the numbers game. Then ' Voila ' the SP goes up in leaps and bounds until it is fairly valued among its peers for what it has in its prospective tenements and whoever in the surrounding tenements are interested in talking further with them.
That's how I see it playing out. And we are still due that additional follow-up announcement I mentioned couple of days ago.....
