A couple of thoughts:
- "Drilling countless meters is not a KPI bla bla bla".
This is correct.
But doing the work to get to the point where we can drill countless meters on a prospect is a KPI.
We have not done this... we're not even close.
Is there a KPI on the amount of shares we issue?
"We don't just drill for the sake of it bla bla bla".
Someone should ask at the AGM about issuing shares for the sake of it.
We've spent AUD $25m on useless rock chip/soil samples, aeromag/vetm scans, TSXV listing, and the acquisition of an additional tenement.
That's right, we're spoilt for land to explore as it is yet we go out and apply for more.
Owww, and don't forget salaries and wages.
- In waiting for the 2025 drill program to be released, I thought I'd have a look at how 2024 started off to get an idea of timing.
Most of the 2024 price sensitive announcements are as follows:
Maybe we'll see the same this year. Either way, I still think late-Jan will be the lows and we will increase.
I'm inclined to think that we'd do a little better than last years 152% rise because:
•we have a lot of cash
•gold speccy stocks are well and truly beat down
•looks like we're pivoting back to the Central Zone resource and we're going to do expansionary drilling, so we're going to get good hits.
NOT THAT ANYONE HAS BOTHERED CLEARLY ARTICULATING THIS TO THE MARKET YET
•There is a double bottom at about 3c highlighted in the below chart with the red horizontal marker... Usually double bottoms/tops means support/resistance.
Generally the start of drilling has been good for us. The only years it hasn't were in 2018, 2022 and 2023.
I'm not sure what happened in 2018 but I recall us doing basically nothing with the new management team (accept walk away from 600k oz).
