They like ATC did not exercise their subscription rights. €2m raised means 2000000/(40 * 1.1) = 45,454 shares subscribed to the offer of a total of 96.353 shares or approx 47% of the retail holders. Maybe a bit less assuming some applied for the oversubscription shares. AAM estimated between €5m - €10m would be raised from the retail base so obviously a bit disappointing. They now move forward with part 2 of the raise which was always the main game.
