Judging by the last quarterly they expected to spend about $6M more than they had in the bank.Since then they have raised around $6.6M. So uinless they have,or are seriously reducing expenditure,they don't have much left.Sure they could have deferred some of the $7M construction payments,depending on whether it's for work about to be done or work already done,but I don't think tools down will inspire much confidence either.
