I am a bit at a loss here then why Baikowski, european producer of HPA, does not make tons of money if prices are skyrocketing.

Understood by who, and said by who? It does not seem to show up in the numbers of the companies actually producing HPA?
Why does this then not lead to capacity building of traditional producers?
