    From what I gather by reading all of the above we don't have the money , and some company under a cloud wants to rescue itself by hopefully raising money to buy 49% of us ATC.

    The construction done so far can be used by most manufacturers so the land can be sold off if it does not happen, two years of waiting for something to happen does tend to dampen the enthusiasm
