In 2 weeks Stamler, Claassen, and Bradbury (perhaps all of them together) are standing, day by day, in front of their posters and answering the questions of the public. They know the trend of the results of the open study and of course, that is the biggest question the public has, does the ATH434 work? Just by looking at the faces of each of them, it may be easy to see the result: positive face or negative face.

Question to Stamler: Does the ATH434 reduce alpha-synuclein in the open study as it does in all animal models both in MSA and PD?
Question to Claassen: Is the neurofilament light a good measure of the improvement of MSA symptoms when treated by ATH434
Question to Bradbury: Are you planning a human PD study because the primate study results seem to be very good?

If ATH does not give any public announcement before these presentations about the results of these results and plans, it could activate rumors about the results. I believe that there will be some announcements in these 14 days before the first session in AAN by Stamler.
