The custody dispute over aaNet between EFTel and "watch out my brother is a lawyer" Lorraine was successfully settled in EFTel's favour back in Novemeber.
I presume the whole BPL was a bit of a flop since there really hasn't been any news and I don't think that it was ever going to add much to the bottom line anyway because of its minor role. It all seemed like a lot of hype, just something extra for the director to talk about in meetings and discuss over lunch.
I dont know if the company has any real interest in the share price. It looks as though the management is quite content to cruise along running a moderately successfull ISP aquiring weaker competion and collecting their fees and taking their perks along the way. A good old fashioned family business if you like, not something that will set the world on fire but will provide the main players with a healthy nest egg. Although, having said that, it looks as though their efforts over at aaNet have been quite strong and are commanding some respect amongst the digerati at whirpool and some of the other IT chat sites.
