So there has been heaps of speculation out there in the press about TPM acquiring AAPT. Any thoughts out there about this. TPM is carrying a fairly nice slab of debt from the PIPE Networks transaction. How would TPM finance any acquisition. Looking around on the net looks like any acquisition would be priced at around the $400 mill mark. What are the drivers compelling TPM to acquire AAPT. Is it customer lists basically?? Would love to hear some thoughts from other posters. I noticed TPM has bounced heavily of its recent low, whilst its competitors have not really bounced, (although perhaps havent fallen as hard). Could an announcement be not far away?
