I thought the customer base was being rolled into COM after aquisition???
Perhaps i have missed something???
If someone could please help me understand the following ann, I would appreciate it.
01/08/2007 Entitlement Issue Prospectus Despatched to Shareholders
Funds raised under the entitlements issue will be used for the acquisition of the AAPT
stand-alone post paid mobile customer base by CS Mobile Pty Ltd (CS Mobile). CS
Mobile is a 50:50 joint venture company between CommodiTel and Sonnet Corporation
Limited (Sonnet) that will become a 100% owned subsidiary of CommodiTel following the
completion of CommodiTel’s friendly takeover of Sonnet.

CS Mobile is jointly owned by Commoditel and Sonnet on a 50/50 basis. The companies have appointed one director each to the board of CS Mobile. In the event that the proposed friendly takeover of Sonnet by Commoditel is successful, CS Mobile will be 100% owned by the merged group.
