Remember Lepu Medical have/took a significant holding (~$30m, or 13%) just prior (~6 weeks) to the T/O announcement...

SRX counter-bidders, CDH,  are a large Chinese investment firm, an offer could come 'left of field'  for VLA, much like CDH's did for SRX...

Interesting 'timing' on CDH's part, the SRX 'scheme-meeting' is/was scheduled for 7 May, and the CDH 'counter-bid' hit the market mid last Fri afternoon...

HUNCH: I'd suspect, IF there's a 'counter-bid' for VLA lurking, it will probably present just prior to the our 'scheme meeting' on 28 May...

As I've mentioned in previous posts, it'd be 'played-out' much like a poker-game, cards are close to the chest until the 'river' card is out, then it's GAME ON..!!

Fingers-crossed for the patient holders who have HELD, and held tightly...
