aarrrhhh ... pulling my hair out

Have followed AYO for some time and know the story. Just when they make up some of the long lost ground they give it up again (all be it on small volumes) even though they've just entered a potentially exciting exploration and development stage. I had given up on them until their recent rally, annoyed with continued poor performance in the face of glowing expectations.Whats the bloody story? any ideas?
