That’s right..PEP 11 approval. Thanks JD. Like you, I felt that this would be the hardest hurdle considering this was the “last chance saloon”……no more appeals would be available after this. I must say I have not always been on the same page as David Breeze…..(who can forget the directors debacle a few years ago) but he is beginning to redeem himself a little with his persistence, tenacity and political savvy. The odds have certainly been against him with the extraordinary amount of political interference in this PEP 11 application but he seems to be putting up a good fight and certainly going up in my estimation. Now all that remains is for Madeleine King to sign on the dotted line.
