    Why would ALZ trade at a lower fraction of NTA/security after the gearing level is decreased?

    The interesting discovery on Thursday will be the result of the Renounced Institutional Entitlement Bookbuild. If that's not filled, then 60c (or lower) is likely; if it's filled, the price will give some guide to how the market values Australand.
