>>"31.5%, 32.5% or 33.5% who cares, a couple of percent interest is obviously nothing at these prices."
I know that. As I said clearly: "the main theme for AAZPB is not the absolute yield."
I was just pointing out the predicted 6% average BBSW is unrealistic.
>>"To say Capitaland or any REIT is in trouble at the moment because their share price has fallen is both stating the bleeding obvious and perhaps confusing price action with insolvency risk."
What I stated was "Just look at its share price. And look at its operating cash flows, compare them with reporting incomes, not healthy at all."
Clearly, I was not just talking about the share price.
>>"Temasek has too much interest in it's baby and pride in Sinagporean financial credibility to let Capitaland go belly-up."
Who says about going belly up?
I was making the simple point that Capitaland has to be able to sort out its own trouble, before it starts looking after ALZ. Therefore, if I buy AAZPB, it would be because I'm comfortable ALZ will survive on its own, without counting on Capitaland being ALZ's guarantor.
