Still no 2019 audited accounts and its 2021.
The company says John Madden is their CFO. John says he's not.
The company says they are working closely with their auditors. Grant Thornton says they have not heard from the company since April.
Non executive directors dont know whats going on and may not even exist.
Yat runs this as his private business when its our shareholders funds.
Shouldnt there be shareholder approvals for these acqusitions or at least notifications?
The list goe on...
