Management having poor accounting practices and corporate governances in my opinion is fixable (if they aren’t purposely being dodgy) and really not a big problem.

Management who do not understand how to grow a business, have no future vision and don’t understand how to delivery shareholder value through valuation appreciation is a big problem and makes them not investable. Personally more than comfortable holding this long term. This will eventually list and they will eventually get their accounting practices right. Only a matter of time. But to those who have invested in other companies and are waiting for management to actually perform and grow the business who have not shown the ability to do so, goodluck to you and don’t hold your breathe.
