Guys, its important to understand that the additional money raised (at a discount) is to clearly get a whole bunch of big fish on board a cement the company as a proper unicorn company. Mum and Dad shareholders/small retail investors are no longer important to this company as it is playing in the big league now. Yes i get a lot of u here are annoyed that we do not have any financial to see what exactly is going on, but at the end of the day it doesn't really matter. They have raised all this money that you need to think bigger picture and see that if all these new investors at $1Bil USD valuation, then clearly the view is this company will be worth 5 -10Bil, otherwise why would all these big fish even contemplate investing in AB. I recon there will be quite a few millionaires coming out of this company and all the bs around lack of disclosures/no financials will be just a memory.

Why would we get a "nice big fat cheque in the mail once it relists"? If we don't sell, there's no cheque?
