We all seem to be presuming that the $260/60m has come from a company source. It seems plausible because Yat is due to give a keynote at an AFR conference, which might explain why the AFR is pumping out these articles.
My own view is that the US$260m revenue is more likely to be true than not, but it'll include a substantial amount of "revenue received in advance". But even accounting for this, it would still be a phenomenal achievement.
Some posters get a bit prickly when it's mentioned that it's poor form for a company not to provide shareholders with revenue/profit updates, but it's a pretty basic expectation in my opinion.
After the first AFR article I emailed the company, asking them to confirm, but am not expecting a response from them, as investor communications is definitely not their strong point.
