    I’m going to say they’ve been acquiring shares over a period of time but also likely they put that 1 million for 1.60.

    This has to give us further confidence that things are in the works to list and also potentially big announcements coming soon. As a public listed company doesn’t buy shares in a delisted one for no reason.
