This is the problem being only listed in the secondary market, some/most say the price has been manipulated down but some say it has been held up artificially . Comparing to the re-rating of many VC funds assets primary markets seems fair at the moment. Upside will come with more disclosure.

I agree to a point, but why would companies buy in at $4.50 when they can soak up shares on primary markets for a lot less ?
