I don't understand why you would suspend trading on primary...

    I don't understand why you would suspend trading on primary markets. There is no reason to. If willing buyers and sellers are prepared to cop the fees then so be it. Especially when there isn't another market available and no prospect of one for many months at least.

    I may be cynical but I think it was causing a devalue in the share price, it was trading at less than half where it was on the ASX and falling. This devaluing of the company would affect its ability to raise capital (given that all their acquisitions were in part exchanging script) and was also affecting the market cap and causing issues with partners as they watched the value input from AB1 fall.

    I speculate that the suspension was not done for holders sake as they claimed. It was done to stop the market causing a fall in their deals and price.
