    not related to AB1 in any way...

    the recent fiasco in the US regarding the vote count from ail in ballots - could it have been avoided if there was some form of a BLOCKCHAIN system? would it add to any authenticity of the ballot in any way or am I just trying to see application for blockchain where it doesn't exist?
