    you can buy a shell and go about to list your business on an exchange in a much faster way... doesn't mean that AB1 was a mining company at one stage.... this just means that AB1 wanted to list on the ASX and they went through the shell route than going for a proper IPO to shorten the timeframe of listing...

    literally hundreds of companies do that every year on the ASX - nothing wrong with that...
