Facebooks MO has been to absorb the expertise and IP of other competitors as they have grown into a giant.
There are challenges for them launching a bid for a PM listed entity but it is possible.
I believe that Yat is well ahead of Zuckerberg in the Metaverse NFT and CRYPTO realm and these recent AB1 cash issues to high profile long term investors are defensive as well as promotional.
It would be a pity if META got us for anything less than AUD50.00 when our potential on the NASDAQ as a stand alone company is to exceed FB/META's MC.
Zuckerberg has realized long after Yat that all the Facebook communications will be exponentially more exciting and meaningful in a Metaverse. The metaverses supported by AB1 are an existential threat to META and could pull away a huge percentage of their users and thus their advertisers.
