Your shares were probably moved from chess sponsored HIN to an Issuer sponsored HIN.
This happened at delisting. which is why you would have 0 holdings at log in.
Send an email to Automic and request your Issuer Sponsored HIN - starts with an I not an X - that is attached to the AB1U shares.
You can then have it linked to your normal Automic login.
