You'd have to say this company is putting up some serious Red Flags. The more you read about the lack of accountability in this entire space and the complete lack of compliance, you would be foolish not to be suspicious. The fact that so many auditors have had their reputations shredded in the blockchain world will mean it will be difficult for Animoca to be signed off.

There was some relief when some of the large institutions were in the last Animoca raising, but seeing people like Sequoia and Canadian teachers Fund throwing money at FTX with little to no due diligence is unsettling.

What is fair value ? less than $1.50 right now. No or Bad or un-audited accounts 30-50 cents. The guys out of Hong Kong who were ramping the price for the last 3 months have left the building.

Lets hope Animoca get flushed out and returns with a foundation of accountability.
