    my guess is they are needing to get everything in the accounting department secured, so they can begin the process to list on a new exchange

    they will likely need an accurate share count and current ownership of these shares

    hoping for a Q1-Q2 possible listing, just not that much time as fast as it is clicking by

    just a guess
