Watching shares go up and down a few pips all day Long will send you Crazy....But we All do it LOL...
9.9 ish is Resistance so at an Important Level Here....Volume may not be enough to Crack On Today,but if it can Push Past 9.9c Then that will keep the Chartist's Happy and should see the price go up....If it can't get past the resistance then we 'Flip Flop' around a bit Gaining and losing those few Measly Pips....
