Do you have a Case Law you can point me too or an offenders name so I can read the facts, charge and subsequent court result..You know actual evidence of the statements that you make. Plenty of people,including Police, wave a big stick about legislation, regulations, criminal responsibilty etc yet very few if any are prosecuted on these obscure parties to offences you are raving about. I personally do not like Dutton but respect his dedication to ensuring a safer Australia. His deportation of violent criminals and recidivist offenders (ie: Middle eastern) was the first real serious act to counter the multicutural Utopia we have been sold. That is proving itself to.be a path to complete dystopia..
