@walbrook; official information about the referendum has not yet started to be sent to people because as yet Parliament has NOT finalised the wording of the referendum!
People have every right to be fully informed about what they're being asked to vote on, but you can't put the cart ahead of the horse without expecting problems.
Therein lies a challenge for the media - they're interviewing people in advance of the referendum proposal being finalised.
