Insto's? U don't think they are already involve? They were involved in taking the recent 50% sell off, off Chinese hands. U serious don't think the current 100k buyer at $4.61 is a private investor. It's possible but 1/2 million buyers aren't small fish especially given that CMR isn't an acceptable margin loan security for most lenders. Any purchase in CMR is all your own cash.
