The house is in upper class subdivision and he walked away from it .rough cast house lawns where up around windows ,because he went to another city to live...trees where self planting around the property 800 sq mtr land 3 car bodies and a couple motorbikes rusted out,where pulled from under the over growth .It was disgusting ,now it just looks like the neighbours house ,except it needs those heavy old orange tiles taking off because of leaks and possible fire risk, it needs a new iron roof .Which no one wants to pay for ? and no the guy is totally capable and sound mind,So no power of attorney..Still living on the streets.
