I wouldn't be a director for quids.
I reckon the CHL board are going to earn their directors fees at this year's AGM. Campbell's are going to be represented, and i hear the ex Chairman will be there too, as well as one or two larger shareholders with a few gripes regarding the 1.5M paid by CCI at this stage for the "sins" of some on the board.
For the director's sake, I hope they have brought along some positive news to offset the carpeting they will cop over the settlement of this lawsuit.
