I did wonder what happened to your post as it disappeared for around 5 minutes before reappearing as moderated.
Can you get your hands on anything more substantial that would, well, .... substantiate your claims ?
Assuming you are right, that would be great news finally (despite not best timing considering markets). Better now than take another year.
Though, before anyone (including me) gets their hopes up too much, we need something more concrete to go on.
A company announcement for example would do nicely - lol !
