While Aussie Broadband is a very young stock right now (not yet old enough for a 50-day moving average), a few things can be seen on its price chart already.
Today, ABB opened at 2.23, topping the all-time high of 2.22 (blue line) from it first day of listing.[1]
For the 20-day Exponential Moving Average (yellow line), ABB recently slipped beneath it, but has since recovered, and stayed above it for the last week or so.[2]
Finally - and maybe this is reading too much into a single candlestick pattern - but potential dark cloud cover was averted last week.[3] The 2nd candlestick (30 November) closed at 2.00. Had the 3rd candlestick (December 1st) closed at 1.99 or lower (beneath the 2nd candlestick's close of 2.00), it may have acted as confirmation. Instead, support was maintained at 2.00 for 3 days in a row. From that possible turning point, it's risen 10 per cent.[3]
