Stephen Dumble was chief Operating Officer at Linc Energy a year or so ago and is quite familiar, from the inside, with the Tersea asset.
He then moved to the position of Asset President at BHP Mitsui Alliance, where he is in charge of BMA's metallurgical coal production.
Irrelevant/relevant - who knows.
Linc (lol) confirming Dumble holds the position as stated above
