Does this august body ever mention the despicable act, so common in Muslim countries, of females being forced to having their clitoris mutilated? And being dragged away from their Western country of residence to undergo this abhorrent practice, on the pretext of going 'back home' for a holiday, or visiting their grandparents.
That's the abhorrent practice that the UN should be placing all their considerable resources to eliminate, not the odd well intentioned, and probably well deserved smack.
