As a trader-investor in BHP shares I'm more concerned over the impact of decisions made by BHP to bid for RIO, Potash Corps, Chesapeake, Ravensthorpe and of course that absolute gem, Petrohawk!
Just as Julia Gillard and her government need to be held to account; the leadership of companies like Qantas and BHP also need to be held account and people like TOny Abbott and Christopher Pyne might do well not to create excuses for poor leadership and management by business leaders.
Meanwhile, it appears that the Opposition is just chucking mud and fishing for dirt as they did with the Peter Slipper affair until it blew in their faces and the allegations against Craig Thomson until their star prostitute sang out of tune.
