It is quite probable IMO that the Turnbull and sycophants may have planned the destruction of the party. If so they are making spectacular inroads so far.
There are a lot of good people out there in the minors and some sort of new centre/right party could become a powerful force if a coalition of some breadth could be formed. It is exactly what the country needs.
