Australian government need to be very careful here. To ensure capitalism survives, investors, entrepreneurs and even homeowners need to be assured that any government licences cannot be revoked without proper compensation... scary to think that I could buy a home in inner Melbourne and then all of a sudden the government decide they want the land for a playground, but will not compensate me for it!
