"From my utterly ignorant viewpoint, I have seen no evidence of Americans apoligising, therefore they DEFINITELY haven't apologised!!!"

Nevermind the fact of course, that the grovelling apology from,
1/ The president
&
2/ The secretary of state

could be heard in MICRONESIA with a HAM radio.
