i think Abbott is more concerned about his fellow Australians consuming more which is bad for their health.

While we're on the subject of tobacco, Rudd put up taxes on cigarettes to stop people from smoking. Then in the same breath he was trying flog a resources tax which he said would boost the industry. lol
