All I know is that people are blaming the Feds for the parlous state of health care, when the states are rolling in cash and have shown no more inclination to invest in infrastructure than their Federal counterparts. Why did Bracks not sign off on the Murray-Darling agreement? To score cheap political points when real Federal money was on the table.

At least now with all governments being ALP they might stop political buck passing to the detriment of everyone.

Likewise with FOI, they all say they will make government more transparent but none of them do, Lib or Labour.
