Eagle888, in reality those labeling other posters as 'haters' are revealing far more about what pre-occupies their inner thought processes than it does about their targets. IMO we're seeing denialist strategies being deployed by those whose opinions are being confronted.

Leaders who choose to use language such as 'I'll shirtfront Putin', 'ISIS is a death cult', 'Australians should be afraid', '"The idea that Malcolm Turnbull would have been content to remain a minister if only I'd sacked Credlin and Hockey is fatuous." ', 'Evil people smugglers' and 'illegal asylum seekers'; thereby define themselves.

IMO they are projecting their own thoughts and belief systems onto others; most of whom almost certainly do not think that way at all.
