"democracy & western civilisation, as we have known it, is currently as a cross roads
the utter failure of the ALP does not mean the Liberals are safe. if fact, we will enter, potentially, a most dangerous time "

You are correct in that if Tony Abbott's liberal government does not perform they will have problems at the next election in 3 years time and Tony Abbott's leadership may be short-lived...

However, I doubt that the electorate will make the mistake again for quite a few years maybe even decades, of allowing the union-boss controlled labor party or any alliance with the unstable and irresponsible greens to hold the government and have access to the sovereign borrowing rights of the country...

The time seems ripe for a new political party to emerge to become the second of the two major political parties in Australia and that will be the competition for government that the liberals will have to watch...

Bearing that in mind, I suspect that the public, at least the thinking portion of the public, will recognize what a difficult and long road we have ahead of us to start the repair, repeal and recovery process and will give this incoming liberal government quite some space to get the process underway...

We will almost certainly require a double dissolution to purge the remaining toxic green influence from the senate and a top-down purge of the subversive elements place in the legal structure and the public service...

All these steps will be difficult and time consuming but necessary for Australia to start on the road to recovery...
