Considering that most Boomers couldn't tell a router from a modem, and wouldn't know how to change their DNS, I am not surprised that they fail at discussing some of the more complicated issues in tech today. Hell, the majority of them have a breakdown when their ISP stopped offering email! (TPG customers and people with bigpond email addresses are great examples)
