Well I was no great fan of Abbott but Turnbull is talking through his hat. What Abbott said is demonstrably true. Turnbull has been listening to Obama too much - the key to security is definitely NOT to give group hugs to muslim leaders after every new atrocity, nor is it to give several million $$ to the mosque which is turning out extremists .... in order to combat radicalisation. How stupid is that?
If certain mosques are turning out terrorists, clearly those preaching there need to be hauled in for questioning and charged with incitement.
I regret to say our new PM seems weak as water on national security.
